I am looking to buy a flywheel puller for a 99 ZR600 EFI. I anyone has one used or whatever they want to part with please let me know.

Goto autozone, and pick up the three jaw puller they have there. Then find an ace hardware or a homedepot that has the large selection of bolts.

The Metric size you need for the flywheel that come with the puller are not long enough to use, replace them with three longer ones and a few washers.

Works like a charm everytime. Just make sure when you tighten the puller to the flywheel, you keep it even and the same amount of threads on each bolt are screwed in. I use a small piece of tape to tell me how far to put each on it.

i bought a cheap puller at harbor freight. comes with several sets of bolts. pulled my wildcat fly with no problem

Just don't use that on a Polaris flywheel. Polaris flywheels laugh at those

I made one out of just a square of steel! Used the cage as a template! Then some hardened bolts. Just tap and turn in a circle! Remove the nut and washers and put the nut back on flush.
