I have a 99 zl 600 efi. It now has a new (rebuilt stator) old one tested out bad. New one installed and testes out fine. I have unhooked the yellow wire prong to see if that at least gives me spark. It does not. I tested trigger coil at 89 ohms. Ignition coil tests at .5 ohm. The manual says it should be between .25 and .34. Does this reading mean I have a bad coil or is the .5 reading within reason. secondary reading comes in at 7800 OHMS. I have checked all grounds. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The way the stator tested i was shocked to find out replacing it did not fix the issue.
Please Help!!
