I have a 99 ZR, so essentially the same track setup. It is actually a fairly simple sled to switch the track over on. Really about all you need is a good sled stand or something to suspend the sled on so you can get under it. There is "nothing special" that you need to know about chaning the track on a 98 ZR beyond what you would need to know on most other sleds.
I don't know if the 580 has the same setup. If you have never changed a track before, then I suggest you make sure you have a buddy that knows what to do is around. Also remember to always check the track alignment and tension settings after you are done.
