Does anyone know what the proper torque is for the carb mounting flange bolts on this?
I have the 96-99 Indy Service manual, but it doesn't specify a torque for these, so I'm using the torque value
I found in the Chapter 1 General Torque Specs for a 5/16 standard grade bolt (11 ft lbs).

I don't think I ever torqued carb boot bolts just snug them up
