Bought the wife a 96 Z440. Her 1st sled.

Had it out today for the 1st time, she loved it.

Only issue is that she has small hands, and the throttle flipper is so far away from the handlebar it gets real uncomfortable for her to use after riding awhile

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Any mods or maybe an aftermarket throttle lever, I dunno...

I told her that she would get used to it, but i figured I would ask anyway...

Twisties are hard to keep steady when the trail gets bumpy ... they do make little adapter pieces for the flipper. Check denniskirk.com

Smaller displacment sleds use a shorter throw lever! So maybe a 250 lyxx might work? The other thing is that a rack style carb will have a lighter pull!

Yes I see that now. Its called a Throttle Flare.

Looks like it might be the ticket, its cheap and simple enough to try.

thanks for all the suggestions
