I was out riding my vmax that I just picked up, and I blew the motor in it. Anyway, I have learned by talking to people that they have the Nikasil Bore, which apparently they tell me I have to re-sleeve the cylinder. The one cylinder is perfectly fine and has no wear marks in the cylinger walls, where as the other has scoring in it. THe lower bearing on the connecting rod gave, and then my piston shattered. What should I do, can I just resleave the one and get a new standard piston for it? Any ideas would help. Thanks.

You need to have it resleaved and plated, then you can get a new standard piston for it. Then you need to get the crank redone. That's around a $300 job. The cylinder work is another $200. Might want to see if you can find used first.
