94 Phazer 2 not running

I have a 94' Yamaha Phazer 2 that was running before I fixed the oil injection and now it won't start. It has spark, it pulls well, fuel pump is working, clean air box, carbs are clean, I cant get it running and have no idea why. Does anyone have any thoughts/ suggestions?

LOL look back at everything you touched
If you dribble a bit of gas down the plug holes will it kinda start?
The obvious problem is the carb
I have had to clean a carb 3 times
Start with the fuel tank
