I just picked up this sled and had it out for a ride today, when I'm light on the throttle it seems ok but when riding it harder (over 5500 rpm) there is a sound like the belt is jumping. broke one belt and chewed a good portion of the ribs off of my spare. Any help would be appreciated!

Clutch alignment is off perhaps, look at the clutch sheaves and see where is was rubbing. Is there any noticeable wobble from the primary when it's at idle?

Clutch doesn't wobble and alignment seems ok, I'll check the engine mounts. I also noticed that there is some rough area on the inside of the drive clutch on the inner shaft on the engine side of the clutch.

Checked the mounts and they are good, could this be a spring problem since it is only happening at higher rpm? or does that make a difference?
