I am noticing a good amount of oil in my bellypan. Looks as if it was poured out of the gallon as far as it is clean. Runs fine and starts fine. Compression is 150 both sides. I am stumped as to where it is coming from. If the crank seals were leaking that bad wouldn't the compression be low?

No the crank seals have nothing to do with compression. Do test them spray starting fluid behind the clutch. It is probably coming from a line or the tank.
