Can anybody tell me what the center to center distance is supposed to be on an'89 Eltigre EXT from the primary to secondary clutch. My sled has begun to have a problem with not disengaging when I come to a stop. I have pulled the secondary all apart, scotchbrited all mating surfaces and reassembled, but still having the same problem. The belt is about 5 years old and has about 1k on it. Any help is appreciated.

10.2 (12 1/4 works!) Get it real close and use a carpenter square and double check that if anything it is over square. (you want the drive clutch to be a bit more forword, as the engine torques it will move to the back!) Then once you get it set, put a new belt on and see if it squeels, if not then remove and disasemble the driven ad remove a shim. Put it all back and see how it does! Keep removing shims till it squeels then put a thin one back!
