Got sled with no keys so I changed the ecu and dess key will light up the gauge cluster and has spark. Will only back fire that's it any suggestions on what could be the problem thks.

Do you know anything about this problem?

Check the ECU for codes and if anything might have to have it flashed by the dealer for it to all work again if you changed all of that.

How do you check for codes on the sled without it being on

Check the service manual go to the Polaris section there is a sticky click Polaris then 2007-2011.rar and unzip it. It should have all that information in it.

Wrong manual for that one. This link has the service manual for 2007-2011. It is in a sticky in every maker forum now. As I said Click Polaris then 2007-2011.rar and then extract it and it will have that information.
