I wan't to long track my 2002 ZR 600 EFI and I came across this thread. I want to do something similar but the only rails I can find are for a 2004 Pantera 800 EFI Gold. Would I be able to swap these rails with the rails I have on my ZR?

Welcome
I have that sled! (Great ride)
Yes the rail can be swapped.
Pay attention to the front arm pivot point!
I have rebuilt my skid and my 03 Pantera as well!
I have had 3 different skids rewelded and redrilled.
I now have a 06 Crossfire skid under my 04 and when I have to go threw it I plan on adding
the ski steel inserts from a Polaris (3/8") plastic ski.

You will want to extend the snow flap too.

Hey a side note, have you had any issues with your sled over fueling?
I've worked for years on the 580 and 700 efi's and have built an adjustable fuel presure regulator complete with Gauge, to fine tune.
Have Not had any calls for the 02 efi system

Thanks for the reply KCCats2! I am defiantly going to long track my sled this fall. I don't know if my sled is over fueling but at the end of the riding season this year my sled had a bogging issue whenever you would nail the gas like when I would try to get the skis off the ground. I checked the ecu when the problem occurred and it blinked 6 times indicating that the servo motors for the apv's was not working. I bought a new one and installed it but won't be able to test it out till next season but now that you mention it over fueling could be the issue.

My 04 Pantera 800 hit a valve at like 800 mi.
I bought it used with 750mi on a year old.
Was told the Stealership just went through the break in period tune up and was ready for snow!
Well both of my 8ooefi's have Supreme tool valves!
I love them!

I was wondering because that motor (PV) has a different system?
As does my 03-04 800's, regulator on the pump.
I have played with mine to enriching it to possibly put my Hooper 1035 and Jaws pipes in my Pantera!
