Sled runs great till it warms up then bogs out until it gets to 7000rpm then comes alive. Worse between 6 and 7000rpm. Have cleaned the carbs swapped coils and ignition. New reeds. Power valves are good, and clean. Right power valve stays shiny. The right side cylinder doesn't seem to be burning fuel. What's the problem

What color are the plugs? Have you done a "plug chop?"

I would also unscrew the spark plug boots and cut about 1/4" off of the end and screw them back on again. Make sure the small screw that engages the wire is clean and bright. If it's tarnished, get new boots. That will at least eliminate poor resistance across a bad spot as the problem.

Swapped plug wires .. still flooding right cylinder. Runs good at low and high rpm. Just floods at mid range rpm.
