We're trying to figure out what's going on with my friends zl600. It idles fine but when you give it gas it bogs out. We have tried the tss,injectors,power valves,good spark, put dry gas in tank. Another thing I noticed tonight was tonight was the clutch was making a clunking/clanking noise and the belt was dragging on the drive clutch could there be a broken spring or something in the drive clutch causing the engine not to spin up properly because of the drag? Oh and this sled was running great until the noise from the clutch started hapening.

Well if the driven spring is broken then the belt would just get sucked up in the rear clutch and it would bog out!

and I noticed there was rubber burnt on the bottom of the drive clutch sheaves.and it was jerking the belt at idle.
