I have a 2000 venture 700.I am having a slight problem with the steering. It seems very busy rather than being smooth.I was wondering if a ski upgrade with dual carbides would solve my problem.I have plastic ski's with a single carbide. If you could suggest any company's to look at ski's that would be great. Thanks GSRDR!!!!!!

I just had shims installed on my ski "boots" that seemed to take away some of the problems... One other thing is you can check your suspension and see how much pressure you have on your front skis. I had a friend help me adjust my rear suspension to put more pressure on the front skis. If you have two people on the sled, my guess is that you'd have less pressure on the front skis. My friend knew how to get the right pressure adjustment.
