My sled gets way more fuel in the right most cylinder. Is this normal? Trying to get it to run for the first time in a while. If I take the spark plugs out and dry them after it gets flooded it gets better and almost starts each time.

Try cleaning the carburetors as that needs to be done every pre-season. Also trying to run it now isn't exactly a good idea unless you are in temps that are the 30s. Also replace or clean the fuel pump as well and replace the fuel filter. I'm betting the carburetors are full of gunk. All it takes is one little piece of garbage and the needle/seats will end up causing flooding.
