[indy 500 94]

I have a indy 500 that I have been having problems with since I bought it first I had to clean out the gas tank due to debries,then I had fuel running into my exhaust which I fixed with a new needle and seat but now it bogs on take off it seems to be worse under load or in deep snow I have cleaned the carbs myself 3 times and have got them professionally cleaned and it still has the bog any suggestions? it has 120 psi of compression in each cylinder new br9es plugs and fuel filter.
