this thing has blown the last 2 sets of bulbs, im guessing it maybe the voltage regulator, where is at located if that is it, if not all help is welcomed.

Hello - Yes that's usually the voltage regulator, which may be located near the key ignition on the inside. Here's a photo of one. Also a shorted wire to your headlight would cause this. I'd inspect all the wiring to the headlight and if you don't find any bare wires, I'd change the VR. Good luck!

it also blows the rear tail/ brake light too, im gonna try and find a new VR for it. wheres a good place to find one?
