Hello, does anyone know where I can find the Mikuni 229 Carb rebuild kit?

No kit, just be careful separating the bowl as not to ruin the gasket
Then remove the main jet and the pilot jet(up the tube)
Remove the choke and the air screw and clean all the passages

Great advice Thank you. I will reinstall the carb tonight and pump the old tank out. then we will give it a go
