Was out riding the other day and notice I had no top end speed wasn't able to get over 75mph

-Wondering if the drive belt could cause this problem? At max speed motor did not sound as if it was breaking up like a carb issue.
- It was more like the motor went flat like hitting a rev-limiter.
-Tried feather the throttle no help as soon as Ii get back to top end it goes flat. no issuers idling or starting.
- I have a new belt installed and replaced the plugs no help.
-My thought is the belt is slipping maybe my clutch is not adjusted properly or it might need a different spring or a better clutck (clutch is 1 year old stock)
Any Thoughts????

Check the belt deflection as well. And make sure you are using a Full Synthetic 2 stroke oil like VES Gold or AMSOIL for those VES Engines.
Belt deflection is good it is riding just above the secondary
and I am using Amsoil synthetic. Here are pics of my valves.
