Others out there with lots of cooling problems on 03 RMK 800s?
LOTS of leaks from different places, reserve bottle hits hood and jars cap loose, hot light comes on often? What's up with the poor design? Are there factory updates or aftermarket items to address these issues? Getting tired of problems each time I go for a ride. Any experienced suggestions ?

my family and friends have owned many liquid-cooled rmks old and new and we have not had any problems with the PCS!

BAD LUCK!!!

Hot light? bleed the system and tape the hell out of the cap, make sure the vent is open and all the air bubbles are out. also, make sure you are getting enough snow up on theose counter sunk exchangers, My rmk runs warm also, but with the huge tracks, it is a challange. Another thing that is bad is back pressure, but that only really happens after a rebuild or a head change if the seal or head is warped or installed wrong. I installed a liguid gauge so my light wont come on at all, if i see it get hot, i stop, or hit snow. If i dont pay attention, i still get a light however.

good luck
