My brothers REV 800 Sport, 175-185 lbs aggressive rider. Going to tear off beavertail and stud. What's the best tunnel extension for the money? Whats the best way to protect heat exchanger? What's the best stud pattern & how many? What's the best carbide combo for precision skis? Any rear suspension advice is welcomed. Any aftermarket performance welcomed. Also, please make note of any problems.
Thanks in advance.

As for studs i would say like 144? But not on the outside or maybe 96 but not on the outside of the track

For REV’s with the 1” lug track
· Ski-doo recommends using the tunnel protection kit part number 861-783-500.
· Woody’s recommends the following studding procedures:
· Stud only down the center of the track.
· Use one of the following patterns from Woody’s Universal Template (Part Number COMB-TEMP)
96 Studs Single
96 Studs Double
144 Studs Center Single
144 Studs Center Double & Single
· ONLY USE 1.075” length Woody’s Studs

Any other questions on your REV, give me an email
