95 indy lite hood

Hi all,
Just joined up and haven't been on a
sled in years but ended up with this Indy with a pretty beat up hood.
Any thoughts on what other models would fit and or where to get one ?
Thanks!
I'm I'm the northeast btw

Welcome!
The problem with just ordering one from the salvage yards or Ebay is shipping!
You are better off finding one at a swap meet!
Start asking the dealers in your area about it?

Hay Days is in Sept and is the kick off of swap meet season!

The Lite chassis was a bit different shaped than the Indy "wedge" chassis in that era. A perfect fit would be from a Lite, Star Lite, or Lite Deluxe from 1995. Looking at the Polaris web page, some of the other years of Lites appear similar, but do not share the same part number so aren't a perfect match. That could be simply because they are a different color.

You can look at the Polaris website here:

I agree with KC, shipping a hood is spendy because it has to be trucked. When boxed, it will be too big to go UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Yes I was thinking that shipping one would cost more than it's worth!
I'll keep a lookout locally.....its functional now just kinda ugly.
Good advice though, thanks all-
