Exciter 570

Picked up an 88 exciter 570 few weeks ago cleaned carbs spotless, start it up today rpm ran through the roof took off on me, messed with idle screws now once it hits 2500rpm it starts to drop and if you give full throttle it’s wants to quit
This is my first sled so anything will help me
