Polaris rxl torque settings?

Hey guys I got a 95 polaris rxl, and I have to take off the exhaust manifold/headers to put on egt gauges, and I was wondering if y’all knew what the torque settings and the bolt pattern for that is. I looked everywhere online and couldn’t find anything... thanks!

There is no mention of a torque value or tightening pattern in my Clymer's manual. I would tighten them "snug" and maybe use a bit of blue loctite. If you get oil seepage around the gaskets, that may indicate that the nuts weren't tight enough.

When I had a 650, I snugged down all the nuts equally, then started in the middle and tightened top, then bottom, then went to one side, top, bottom, then the other. I don't know that it was necessary, that's just what I did.

Just don't go too tight, broken studs are a royal pain!!
