need more power

i'm looking for a way to gain more hp WITHOUT putting a turbo on it.its a 2007 apex 1000 mt 162,it has 2500ks on it and is completely stock,a buddy of mine beat my highmark on a m8!!!cant have that.just wondering if theres anthing that will give me that extra edge.

I was going to mention turbo when I saw the title and your userid, but............. I'm going to take a guess that the M8 weighs a lot less........ Sorry, I'm no help.......
