vmax 700 triple 100psi 2 other have 125 what to do?

been having trouble getting this thing to run on all 3 since i baught the machine i did a test last year they were 2 at 125 and 1 at 120, now the cylinder i have trouble getting running is a 100psi, i cleaned all carbs (were very clean) checked coils and spark plugs reed valves, it still just wont run on that cylinder, last year it would not run at low rpms, would kick in at about 4000rpm when well warmed up, if i would mess around in a slow trail it would drop back to 2 cylinders and back fire when it would catch on back again.

Do i need a new piston/cylinder or could it be somehting else??

I have a doubt that that cylinder had been changed before maybe they didnt do it right or something i just baught the machine last year in march maybe took 4 rides with it, it got worst every ride...

this is my first sled and am not a pro mechanic so i would like some help please!

Do pistons and rings on all three. It's not as hard as you think.

Take it apart and if nothing else post pics of what you find!
Most likely all you will need is 3 pistons and a gasket set!
