Will any 15x121 fit under my exciter? What about the alignment tabs inside the track i notice some have 2 row and some have 4 im new at this and any advice would be great! Also if i buy a used track are a few missing lugs ok? Looking to make it through the season?

as long as the pitch is 2.52 and 1" lug height or. under some people may confuse the 3" pitch 120's for 121's.

i assume your referring to the inner drive lugs on the track? all will have 4 rows. some sleds will have 4 drive wheels, some 2.

depending on where the missing lugs are torn off at would be an indicator. partial lug still there, good to go for awhile. torn down to the cords, think twice.

As long as the bars aren't showing, should be good.
There is a Guy in Central Wi that actualy repairs your track, while it is still on the sled!

What about open windows in the track some are all open and some are only every other?

all open vs closed every third is an interesting debate. riding habits and conditions usually help determine the decision.

should be volumes of reading on the subject. i am more of an open window guy and dont care if every window is clipped. easy enough to open the windows if you find a great deal on a track and decide to do so. clipping is a different story.
