Shouldn't need tools! Just lift the back of the sled up so the track will spin. Thengrab the belt and pull it backwards up and over the backpulley, rolling it over the side as you pull it back.

Easiest way to take a belt off is to spin the back side of your secondary and spin it towards the right looking at it from the top. Then after you have about a full turn, push down on your belt and the secondary will open. After that, pull up on the entire belt, and your secondary will open completely. Pull her off, and GIT-R-DONE!
