rx1 a arms & spindles

any rx1 owners out there having problems with bent spindles & a arms?????? i'm on my 2nd spindle assemble on my rt side and i haven't hit anything....but yamaha won't cover it and keeps telling me it must have got hit,,,but it hasen't been hit.....

I have pounded my RX1, Hit rocks and stumps hard enough to do unplanned get offs and so have my 2 RX1 friends. We have bent one R/H spindle slightly when hitting a rock with the steering turned hard left. You or a buddy (who didn't tell you) have hit something very hard, they are very strong and do not bend easy. That is why the dealer doubts you.
