Easiest way for higher engagment?

I have a 98 Vmax XT 700 triple. What's the easiest way to have the clutch engage higher. Can I just put a stronger spring on it or do I have to do other things for it?

You can, but performance will go down the toilet. If it engages too high to begin with, then you could.
