people say you can take a lot of weight of by removing the stock plastic and other stuff under the seat by the exhasust.

not sure the dry weight, the apex gt is the same engine but about 20 pounds lighter and thats 550 lbs. the 2005 rx-1 also dropped 30 pounds so about 570-580 for the 05 and around 600 for the 03-04's

whatever it weighs, it weighs a ton. a buddy of mine got his stuck a few weeks ago while we were out. he blew his back out trying to get it unstuck.
