Yamaha 500 won't run

I have a new 2005 Yamaha 500 (2 stroke). It starts OK, but after about a minute it dies. After that I have to play with the throttle to keep it going until it warms up. It isn't always like it - about 75% of the time. Any suggestions?

Had it back to the dealer already - they adjusted the carbs (said they were too rich) but it didn't help. Truthfully, I have as much faith in sled dealers as I do car dealers! But I probably will try it again. I think the idle speed needs to be adjusted.

And yes, it is a 2005 Venture 500.

yeah, warranty all the way. you spent the cash, signed the papers, let them work on it until it is the WAY you expect it to be. i'd drop it off and tell them your not coming back until it's perfect.
