I tried getting a service manual for my 96 vmax and was told that the companies have an agreement with the dealerships to not allow the service manuals to be sold until the sled is 10 years old.
Since yours is 10 years old now I would just call my dealership or go to Canadian tire and maybe get it way cheaper
