It's a 1979 SRX 440 I'm pretty sure...all black with red stripes. I bought it a few years back from a old man and the engine was apparently just rebuilt and cleaned and such. A different clutch is on it than the original unfortunatly. I ran it for a couple years around the farm without it working well and I am sick of it lol

. The sled is really boggy but it really moves at about half throttle otherwise it's garbage. I have tried adjusting the fuel mixture ratio a bit but to no success (leaner and richer). I have cleaned the carbs and have tried to mess with the tuning screws on the sides of the carbs but I havent found anything that helps. I can see small air bubbles in the fuel lines but it doesnt seem like too much air to be causeing it that much greif. I have replaced a few of the old and hard fuel lines but I am scared to break the nipples because they are so fragile. If there are any other tips or things I should be looking for I would appreciate it. I dont want to do a complete restoration on the sled I just want it to be able to drive around for some fun.
Thanks in advance
