'96 Mountain Max 600 Front End Rebuild

Picked up a couple sleds this past weekend ('94 Arctic Cat 580 and '96 Yam Mtn. Max 600). We also got a donor Max that had right front end damage that bent the frame and destroyed the muffler, but the engine is intact.

Curious what your thoughts are on rebuilding the front end and making a working sled out of it or parting it out. Any reference sites that have pictures or drawings with dimensions would be most helpful. Obviously, we have a working VMAX that use as a guide as well.

I'll post pictures when I download from the camera. Thanks.

Damage Pics now attached

3 Pictures of the damaged Mountain Max 600. To rebuild or not to rebuild. That is the question.

If you can find a new (replacement) front end, then repair. If not, it's a parts sled.
