88 Exciter 570

I picked up a 1988 Yamaha Exciter 570LC last week. It doesn't run, the pull starter is off, and there is something wrong with that. Also the carbs are off right now. And my biggest concern is the rear suspension is all messed up. Do you think it's worth fixing? or should I just use it for parts? How much do you think it would cost me, because that's the biggest issue for me right now. I have an 89 Exciter 570 that the parts are mostly interchangeable with, so would you just do that, or get it running? Thanks

I Will get some better pictures of the problem areas up soon.

Here are some more pics. Also, it had an AAEN exhaust on it, what can you tell me about that? Thanks!

yeah, I think I'm probably just going to use it for parts. I don't think it's worth it to fix.
