Why do you need a rebuild kit? 99% of the time the bowl gasket is reusable if your carefull taking it apart. If your needle is not worn and your float doesn't have a pin hole in it you should be fine. You may just need to tear it down and clean it with some carb cleaner and compressed air. Most of the time they just get dirty. Especially the smaller ports and the pilot jet.
