Question TORS system on 1991 Exciter

I just bought a used 1991 Yamaha Exciter II, things been beat to crap!! I have been slowly rebuilding the sled for a few weeks now. Just want to ride something cheap for a few winters and see if it keeps snowing in Minnesota before I get back into nice sleds again. My problem is the TORS on the exciter. how do you adjust it? I had the motor half out and the carbs off to adjust the steering under the motor and bend some things back into place . Now that I got it all back together the TORS keeps coming on. The throttle cable isn't kinked or catching on anything. or can I just bypass the stupid thing? Any help is appreciated.

I found out the answer myself, its just the idle adjustment on the carborators, they are out of sink thus causeing the TORS to kick in!! all fixed

I have lived in Ham Lake since 2000, nice place to ride north out of. First year driving an old bomber though!! I have had a Firecat, the New Phazer, RX1, a 600 H.O. Rev, this year should be interesting riding with no suspension and questionable steering at speeds up around 100. Just think snow I want to see how this baby screams!!
