94 Vmax 600 Brake upgrade

Hello

I have a 94 Vmax 600 with the crappy mechanical brake. The thing is always giving me problems. Even freezes up at times. I have bar risers and an extended cable.
I have a Mountain Max caliper and master cylinder sitting around. Has anyone changed a Vmax 600 over to a hydraulic brake setup. I notice the MM caliper won't even come close to fitting due to the chain case mounting braket for the mechanical brake. Would a MM outer chain case cover fit on the 94 Vmax chain case?

Any thoughts would be great

Thanks

I'm sorry I don't have anything to help you with, but I didn't realise snowmachines were made with mechanical brakes as late as 94 (other than little 250's and 340's).

I've been looking into changing over an Ovation, and you would likly have to change the hole case?
