I have a 95 vmax 500 with a typical rough ride. I see that Kimpax makes a shock and spring combination that is supposed to improve the ride. Has anyone used these on a vmax 500 and has it improved the ride?

If your looking for a better ride I would try Ohlins befor Kimpax, thats just my thought. but with they why the older vmax's are made your kinda limited, I have a 97 and it was rough so I converted is over to the long travel suspention and it made a world of a difference, but I don't know if you can do it to the 1st gens.

Kimpex stuff is very basic, you can try it but keep that in mind. It's entry level stuff.
