fixing loose Phazer steering

I rode my sons 98' Phazer moutain lite yesterday and the steering has alot of looseness. I can turn the handlebars about 4" before it starts effecting the skiis. I am searching for my manual on the sled as I need help figuring out where to start to tighten up the steering. Any help on how to diagnose where the slop is and fixing it appreciated! I have not worked on this sled much at all so am not that familier with it.

I have a 93 Phz II. The bolt on the right side of the steering came loose on mine and it was bad.. Other than that check the rod ends and you can get a shim kit to possibly snug it up through the arms..
