yamaha vmax 500 DX 1994 2 up

Hello everybody ,I'm new here and I love this form alot allready .I live in north Quebec where snowmobiling is a way of life .
I have a 1994 yamaha vmax 500 DX 2 UP and lately I decided that I am not gonna give up on it so my questions are ,if someone could refer me to a link where I can download a shop repair manuel because I would like to do some repairs on it by myself since I'm notnso bad in mecanic .
My second project is to change the traction trak and rebuilt the suspension .For these project my questions are ,since I'm a big guy , the suspension is not hard enough so if somebody ever had to do a modification witch included fitting another suspension from another type of sled that will fit
The last question ;if someone could help me with instructions on this matter,I would appreciate any advises or help.
Thaks a lot
