Apex??

I just bought a 06 Apex and I love the power and the ride but in some of the turns it wanted to flop over and play dead I have not had this problem with older sleds (Jag and El Tegre)

So what do I have to change in my riding stile to fix this?

They require alot more muscle to corner than the old sleds due to the extra weight. You need to realy lean forward and out when cornering. Also play with the adjustments on the front suspension until you find the best setting for your riding style.

It just needs to be set up.Dealers for the most part don't touch the set-up on them. They will tell you they did,but mostly they just bolt on the ski's and handle bars and kick them out.I've ridden my nephews and I've also followed it a lot and it will sit as flat in the tight twisties as any sled as hard as you want to push it.

Id start by take away some of the front suspension shock spring preload. Thats going to allow the body to roll more in the corners and reduce the tippyness.
Also, try leaning more in the corners. You may need to try taking your feet out of the stirrups and leaning farther off on the side of the sled.
I demo rode an Apex a couple years ago and I found it to be kind tippy too, so you arent alone.

Loosen front springs till loose than tighten about 4 turns,go up on the limiter strap and try to throttle through the turn not hard just steady. If lateral momentum becomes greater than forward momentum it will cause the ski lift.
