Were they just parked last spring without doing anything to prevent the fuel from going bad? If so, you're probably going to have to remove and clean the carbs.

step 1. Take spark plugs out.
step 2. Pour SMALL amount of gas into plug holes.
step 3. insert spark plugs
step 4. pull and it should start after a good pull or few.
repeat if needed. it just gets it running for a few seconds to start getting gas running through the carbs again..instead of pulling it over a ton..unlike the older skidoos which have primers.

just a trick of the non fuel injected 2 strokes.

it worked for me about 2 weeks ago.

hope this helped.

also...a thorough cleaning of the carbs can help

Did you check for spark and do a compression test?

This might sound alittle strange, but I always force the fuel throught the carbs by blowing in the tank. Just clean the area where the cap fits and just pucker up and blow in the tank to presurize it, forcing the fuel into and throught the carbs. do this once or twice, also MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPARK. If you do it should start. Hope this helps.
