91' Exciter II 570 engine problem

First off this my first post as I'm a new member of this forum.

ok so got this sled 2 years ago. ran absolutely fine. Started 2 pulls every time. Never fogged carbs. Just used stabilizer. Last year ran absolutely fine once again except would not idle properly. had to put choke on every time to idle. This year had a hard time starting it in the fall but got'r going with numerous pulls and some ether. First time having it out this year she ran good except for the idle problem again. After about an hour of riding i started to open it up more. Than she started to bog(even at low rpms). first time she ever boged since i owned it. So i riped the carbs out(without removing the air box, the rubber seal into the air box has enough give to push the carb in and pull up) and noticed the TORS system had been disconected on the one carb and the other carb's TORS wire was ripped right off. After taking apart the carbs the main jet on one of the carbs was about half clogged so i cleaned it out. both main jets and the bowls. Put the carbs back on. started her up, lifted the track and she ran pretty good. Took her out in the snow and she ran good until she got warm and then started to bog again getting worse and worse and in about 5 mins she stalled. Couldn't get her started again until she cooled off.
So my question is: Did I not clean my carbs well enough or is this stemming from something else. And if this helps at all: the first year i own it i blew a gasket and flooded the engine with coolant after a hard running day. $300 fix and the mechanic telling me that my 13,000 km engine has a tapping pi!!ston.
!
Any advice is welcome

This is my backup sled to my new 06 Apex ER, which I'm picking up tomorrow.

Clean them again and dump all the old gas.

DO what RJ said, and make sure the chokes are working properly as well. Sounds like it's flooding when warm.
