Ovation carb questions w/pics

Hi there,
I got my ovation off the storage and cleanup up the carb. I've fooled some plugs and it doesn't run strong as it should. In the pic I made 2 circles. What are those bolts for, hi or lo fuel ajusting? Is there other way to adjust the carb?
Thanks

Fuel mixture on a two barrel carb. the pto side should be a 1/2 turn further out than the mag side.

What is a PTO and MAG. Which side is it?
So it's the fuel mixture for both low and hi rpm. As I turn it clockwise, the mixture is leaner?
Thanks

PTO side is where the clutch is.
Mag side is where the recoil and stator are.
As you turn the screw in, you are mixing in less gas.

Thank you!

When a coil begins to get bad, does it affect both cylinder. I mean, is the coil separated inside so each side is independant? I suspect the coil since the carb seems to be fine.

The sled doesn't pull hard at all and It fools plugs. When I stored it the last spring, it was running well.

Intake is clean, exhaust seems to be fine. I cleaned the carb...

Is there a way to test to coil? ohm values or something?

THanks

Actually, even the uni-coils that are in use now, can be weak on one lead. the only way to be sure is to either read the resistance (should be the same on both leads) or use a spark detector.
