93 Phazer bogs A LOT ideas?

SO I have the new motor all broken in and every time I pour into it, it gets to a certain RMP then pretty much shuts down. Mostly when climbing when you need it the most, but it happens on the flats when I want to haul some butt. It runs great then it's like someone unplugged it. I mean it runs real strong then I smell fuel and its over at WOT. Carbs have been cleaned and the secondary clutch rebuilt... Where do I look next?

It's pretty irritating when my wife out climbs me on a 87 indy 340....

Here's what my plugs look like

The one on the left is the far side from the fan

That looks ugly, the clutch side looks like its got some aluminum in there.I would have guessed carbs, but if there clean I would check compression now after the look of that plug.If it is good (compression) and carbs are clean and jetted right I would start looking at the stator.

Make sure that you have no air leaks; Carb boots, clutch seal, or cylinder gaskets.
Don't over look the fact that that carb could be not delivering enough fuel at WOT.

The pic of the plugs was with a flash.. I can't explain this but they don't look that bad to the naked eye. But I would agree a they look lean. I do have a slight leak in the oil pump area, (that was supposed to be fixed and wasn't ) When I'm into it, it pulls for about 5 seconds then acts like I hit the kill switch. I have checked all the fittings around the carbs, not sure how to check the cylinders. It was bought and run in Colorado so I'm guessing it's jetted right. This is frustrating...

Wow it is very lean.Verify the jetting and if its correct do a leakdown/vaccum test.

I took it to te shop. The tech is stumped. He said he bypassed the TORS, and checked about everything they can think of. He wants to check a couple of more things today. So I guess we'll see.
