The headlight on my brother-in-law's phazer works for a few minutes then goes dim, very dim. The brake light works with no problems. He has tried voltage regulators and that had no effect. Tried to find a bad ground but no luck. Now we are trying to look into the handlebars. Any other help on were to look. Thanks

Have you checked the plug at the bulb? How about at the dimmer switch? Can you add another ground wire?
