Squealing Drive Belt %@$!

Does anyone know how to fix the squeal from the Yamaha drive belt? I have a 97 Mountain Max 700, I've tried installing the spacers as per the manual but they didn't help.

I have a buddy with a 2004 SRX Viper with the same problem...

Make sure it's the correct belt, check clutch alignment, Check to see if the motor mounts are OK.

Also check to make sure your belt and sheaves are not glazed.
